Renters Choice Homes owned and operated by Jon & Anne-Marie McCormack who have been Kissimmee residents since 1991. Anne-Marie is originally from Manchester, England UK and is a duel National- British born and naturalized USA. Jon was born and raised in the mid west USA. They have been married over 31 years and have seen all kinds of changes in Central Florida.
Anne-Marie McCormack heads up the admin team at Renters Choice Homes. In charge of all policies and procedures, marketing, sales, rentals, accounting and general administration. Anne-Marie created the Welcome Homes Group of Companies back in 1994 and sold in 2004. Now, she focuses working with owners on a one-to one basis. Very few people have as much experience or knowledge about this market, industry or area as Anne-Marie; With nineteen years of hands on sales, STR, and long term rentals & management right here in Kisssimmee Florida!
Jon McCormack ( Anne-Marie's husband) heads up the maintenance crew. He over sees the sub-contractors for repairs, pools, lawns and pest control. Jon has his own home inspection company and is certified by "NACHI", he inspects the homes on a regular basis thereby ensuring that our managed homes are kept to the highest standards.
Nicole Nichols is our General Manager and reports directly to Anne-Marie. Nicole has been Anne-Marie's PA since 2004 and is very familar with all aspects of the business. Whatever your query, Nicole is very good at trouble shooting and responding in a timely mannor.
Brian & Valerie Ferdinando- Head House Keepers. Ensuring the homes cleanliness is not an easy job. It takes special people who really care about what they do in order to keep the standards high. They are highly experienced and are very important team members. They have been associated with Anne-Marie for 9 years and we're very proud to have them as our house keepers. After each tenant departs- they will clean your home so it looks sqeeky clean and ready for new in coming tenants.

Our offical office is located at 1637 E.Vine Street #128 Kissimmee, Florida 34744. We are available Monday thro Friday 9am-5pm EST by appointment either at your home or at our administration office. We are available by phone or email for routine inquires during regular business hours and we provide an emergency service 24/7.
We return all calls and emails promptly even if it is just to say we’re looking into the matter. Some things require extensive investigations and once we’ve completed our investigation we will be in a position to tell you what has gone on and what if anything needs to be done to correct the situation.
